Every client is important to us, and we understand things come up that may cause you to miss your appointment. With that in mind, we also want to give your appointment the time and attention it deserves.
We respectfully request at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or make changes to your appointment time. Changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged 50% of your booked service.
Any no-show (no call, no show, or changes within 24 hours) will be charged 100% of the service amount. Cancellation and no-show charges must be settled before booking future appointments.
A credit card is required to be kept on file for no-show protection in order to book an appointment.
Please call (and leave a voicemail) or text the salon during reception hours, Tuesday through Saturday, at (850) 291-6896. If you need to cancel or change an appointment after regular hours, please email us at thesalonpensacola@gmail.com.
Please be sure to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled.
If you know you are going to be more than 10 minutes late, please call or text us at (850) 291-6896 so we can advise you on whether or not to attend your appointment. Please keep in mind that arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a rescheduled appointment, which can also incur late cancellation charges.
Our goal is for each client to love their results. In the event that you are dissatisfied with your service, our refund policies are as follows.
The health and safety of our guests and staff are of the utmost priority. Hair is a big deal, and big change comes with risk, cost and the occasional regret. We therefore prefer that all minors be accompanied by a parent at booking as well as on the day of service.
We reserve the right to decline chemical services and transformative cuts for anyone under the age of 18. On a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of the service provider, the salon owner and the parents, younger teenagers may be approved for such services. In that case, the contact information and credit card on file must be those of a parent or guardian, and written consent is required.
Information collected from our booking page is only used if we need to contact you about your appointment. Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointment, contact or payment history. Your information is never sold or shared, and is always kept private for your protection. We greatly appreciate your help in providing the information we need to serve you well. For how this website itself handles data, see our privacy page.
To maintain our safe community and work environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason. The comfort and safety of our team and our guests, and the culture and atmosphere we have built, are worth protecting, and as a privately owned business we will uphold that standard.
