Hi, I'm so glad you are here! Writing about myself is quite possibly the hardest thing for me. I've been really struggling and trying to avoid it — and that in and of itself probably tells you something about my personality.
I grew up in Brazil, in a beautiful, humble home — no glass in the windows, gaps between the boards, but an abundance of love, joy, and strength. I learned value, hard work, and integrity early, without the fluff. And somehow, by a twist of grace, I landed in the beauty industry.
It never quite made sense to me. I'm mud cakes and scraped knees. Cold showers and wildflowers. I'm grit and power-through. I've never been passionate about trends, fashion, or aesthetics. For a long time, I felt like an outsider in this space — like I didn't belong.
But over time, the Lord revealed to me what this work really is. It's not about appearances. It's about people. It's about presence. It's about holding space for the firsts and lasts — weddings, chemo cuts, breakups, breakthroughs. It's the quiet bravery in a chair, the sacred pause between stories, the transformation that happens far beyond the mirror.
This isn't my career; it's my calling. Yes, I love creating beautiful blondes, color corrections, sharing favorite products, and talking music. But those things come and go, and they aren't who I am. What stays — the part that matters most — is you. The soul work. The shared moments. The real, messy, beautiful stories we carry.
